Check out some of the most relaxing, inspiring and to die for pools all over the world. Some of them are from hotels and the rest are private; all of them have something special and unique, but most important, they will give you some inspiration for your daydreaming.

Enjoy your weekend and I will see you next week with more inspiring posts!

Eco Swimming Pools

I especially like the idea of  ecological swimming pools which are made without chemistry, only with plants and natural materials. The principle of  these biological swimming pools lies in its system maintenance and filtration that occurs through vegetation. In addition to being healthier, very romantic and more ecological, they allow you to give a different design touch to the garden and off course is a sustainable design.
If you would like to read more about this amazing pools check out this website Natural Swimming Pools.

My favorite one!

Fat Free Banana Bread

So I want to share with you my absolutely favorite thing to bake when I want to spoil my husband!  Banana -Oatmeal bread-  Its a pretty easy recipe to follow and the best part is that is fat free!!

Enjoy!

What  do you need..

1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt, table
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup apple sauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg, beaten
2 large egg whites, beaten
4 large bananas, ripe
1 cup old fashion oats, uncooked
1/2 cup non fat milk

How to make it ...

1. Preheat oven 350 F. In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Add Apple sauce, milk and eggs, mix thoroughly.

2. In a smaller bowl, smash 3 bananas with fork and add them to the mix. Slash the forth banana for the top of the bread.

3. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and bake until top of loaf is firm (40-55 min)  remove from oven and add the sliced banana on top of the bread and bake 10-15 more minutes until they get golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 5 min.

4. Flip out and cool on a wire rack for another 10 min.

You can also add  any kind of nuts, raisins, dates or chocolate chips, but its not going to be fat free anymore :)

More than words

Don't you guys enjoy reading a good book in a cozy-comfortable environment?  Well I certainly do, and especially when there are cool places dedicated to reading and I'm not exactly talking about an old fashion library. I've found a couple of cool places around the globe where you can delight yourself reading while enjoying a view, a drink or just chilling out!

D'Espresso - New York
[317 Madison Avenue, New York, NY, United States]

The tiny coffee shop on Madison Avenue (at 42nd) was designed by Nemaworshop. The library concept came from the founder Anurag Nema who wanted to "extend" the New York Public Library's into an existing espresso shop creating an illusion of a library printing real size images of books in custom tiles (my favorite part of  the space).

TheLibray Hotel - Koh Samui
[14/1 Moo.2 Chaweng Beach, Bo Phut, Koh Samui, Suratthani 84320 Thailand]

Located on the third largest island in Thailand, The Library Hotel consists of 26 luxury sustainable suite-studio cabins scattered along the beach, with pool access. The focal point of the hotel is the library itself; The minimalist style of the library room is taken further and applied in every room of the hotel, with stylish and welcoming results.

I'm not so sure about the red-blood color, doesn't look like a relaxing pool at all..

The Wellesbourne- Los Angeles
[10929 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064]

Inspired by elegant English mansions, this bar located in west Los Angeles is a classic, masculine lounge that offers an old fashion vibe and very cozy decor. The main room “the library” is lined with floor-to-ceiling dark wood bookshelves, crown moldings, plush leather seats, and tons of vintage books.  This place has definitely become one of my favorites to get drinks with friends. Doesn't this look like the Hogwarts School from Harry PotterPretty cool, hmm!
