More than words

Don't you guys enjoy reading a good book in a cozy-comfortable environment?  Well I certainly do, and especially when there are cool places dedicated to reading and I'm not exactly talking about an old fashion library. I've found a couple of cool places around the globe where you can delight yourself reading while enjoying a view, a drink or just chilling out!

D'Espresso - New York
[317 Madison Avenue, New York, NY, United States]

The tiny coffee shop on Madison Avenue (at 42nd) was designed by Nemaworshop. The library concept came from the founder Anurag Nema who wanted to "extend" the New York Public Library's into an existing espresso shop creating an illusion of a library printing real size images of books in custom tiles (my favorite part of  the space).

TheLibray Hotel - Koh Samui
[14/1 Moo.2 Chaweng Beach, Bo Phut, Koh Samui, Suratthani 84320 Thailand]

Located on the third largest island in Thailand, The Library Hotel consists of 26 luxury sustainable suite-studio cabins scattered along the beach, with pool access. The focal point of the hotel is the library itself; The minimalist style of the library room is taken further and applied in every room of the hotel, with stylish and welcoming results.

I'm not so sure about the red-blood color, doesn't look like a relaxing pool at all..

The Wellesbourne- Los Angeles
[10929 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064]

Inspired by elegant English mansions, this bar located in west Los Angeles is a classic, masculine lounge that offers an old fashion vibe and very cozy decor. The main room “the library” is lined with floor-to-ceiling dark wood bookshelves, crown moldings, plush leather seats, and tons of vintage books.  This place has definitely become one of my favorites to get drinks with friends. Doesn't this look like the Hogwarts School from Harry PotterPretty cool, hmm!
