Deliciosa Alma Maria

Designed by StudioArthur Casas, the Alma Maria restaurant  is a unique bistro in the Brazilian city of São Paulo that serves Spanish style tapas. Keeping the colorful and textured patterns of the Catalan culture, the interior is a mixture of organic materials, patterned walls, vibrant accessories and integrated plant-life.

The modern and linear forms are juxtaposed with the original structure of the building, including a stone wall and a central space defined by wood shelves filled with colorful general-store-style rainbow selection. Including colored soap bars, glass jars filled with pop of colors, white jars of milk and red cans with minimum branding, just to name a few.
